Coverage
Every repair includes up to a 90-day warranty (180 days on batteries) covering both parts and labour for the specific repair performed.
What's covered
If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to the parts or workmanship, we will repair it free of charge at any branch or your doorstep.
What's not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, or unrelated faults occurring after the repair are not covered. Tampering by third-party repairers voids the warranty.
How to claim
Visit our Track page or contact support with your booking reference. Approved claims are scheduled at the earliest available slot at no cost.
